Refund me

Please assist me here , 1Life Insurance is still deducting my money even those I cancelled their policy, and they also confirmed via cell phone that I don’t have any policy with them. They debited R309 on the 31st and yet again debited R309 while I’m not with them anymore. Capitec bank is very useless because they can’t do anything about it nor remove that debit order account. How can I get my refunds from 1Life Insurance and sue them if possible 😡
