Refund assistance
I am really annoyed to be even writing this here. This is about a refund that seems just to not get done. Ive sent two mails regarding it ,Ive been on calls since Friday.The consultants just arent helpfull at all.I spoke to a lady today that kept on interupting me and seemed to want to get rid of me.When I try to get hold of the direct department I get put on hold over and over again. I dont have the energy to be doing this really. Can someone please call me back and assist me! This is tiring to say the least.

15 Apr 2024, 17:24This is not good enough ,I am not satisfied at all with the your service.My request was that you refund me my money that I paid to keep my policy up to date, into the account of my choice which I provided on email.The person ,whoever it was, is not willing to assist me.So I will cancel the life cover and 2 policies I have with you ,because your service sucks.I will make sure that I make this a point to everyone I come across that is considering life cover or policies with 1 Life.They are very quick to sell you a product but cannot assist when you are in need of help!
