Refund
I have send numerous emails requesting refunding my installments requesting that you do not phone me but respond via email, could I please get a respond?

We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Kindly note, the life insurance policy provides cover on a month to month basis when a premium is received, which pays out the sum assured in the event of the death of the life assured.
The January and February premiums being stopped at the bank resulted in unsuccessful collection of the two premiums and cancellation of the policy.
No further premiums will be deducted from your account and the contract is now invalid. There is currently no refund due as the premiums that were successfully collected provided you with cover for that period.
We do apologise for the delay in receiving a response to your initial emails.
Should you wish to discuss the matter further, please contact our Resolutions Department on ***.
