RECOVER MONEY TAKEN FROUDULENTLY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

It has been more than 3 to 4 years since I took policy with 1life funeral policy with this company (1Life insurance company) and it lapsed during COVID due to financial constraints. On the month of June (30th June 2022), they went into my bank account and deducted R708.16 and tried to reverse it but it refused to reverse it and again this month of October 2022 I received 3 calls from 3 different consultant from 1life insurance offering me to take a policy I declined explaining that I cannot afford it due financial constrains. Tomy surprise they went again into my bank account and deducted 2 premiums of R477.00 I went to the bank and tried to reverse the money . I managed to reverse 1 premium of R477.00 & unable to reverse the other money they took. All I am asking is for 1Life to stop deducting to access my account without my permission as I have stated very clear that I can not afford any policy due financial constraints. Can Hellopeter assist with recovering my R708.16 & R477. 00they took again on the 14th/10/2022. Totalling to R 1,185.16. they took my money fredulantly. Before I open a case of *****.
