Reap off by 1Life

I took funeral cover with 1Life in February 2020, on receiving the document I noticed that my premium is way too high for the cover they are offering. I immediately sent an email to cancel the policy on Tue, Feb 18, 2:38 PM.

Received the automated email that the email has been delivered.

Come 29th February a deduction of R556.68 was made on my account. An email was sent that I am covered till 31 March, please tell me for what because I made it clear that Rand mutual offers better cover at a cheaper cost than what they are offering me. If you listen to the call I had with your consultant he said I can cancel anytime and will get full refund. I need a full refund into my account as soon as possible, this is such an inconvenience. You are selective on reading, you only read what you want to see. Please refund me my money with immediate effect.
