Quick, Professional and Precise
I called 1Life after I failed to go get myself tested for HIV as a requirement for increasing my life insurance. Bafana Malabie was on the other end of the phone call to help me. He was from friendly and quick. he appreciated that I had other thing s to to with my time and worked quickly to organise that a lab consultant come to my home to do the test. I commend Bafana on his professionalism and sense of treating me with dignity.<br> <br> Thank you
