Q: How does 1Life sell the most Life Insurance? A:

On the 30/07/2015 an amount of R347.87 was debited from my Bank account by 1 Life insurance. Since I have never taken out an<br> insurance with 1 Life I went to the bank and reversed the debit order. The<br> money was returned to my bank account on the 6/08/2015. However 1 Life<br> re-debited the amount of R347.87 on the 7/08/2015<br> <br> I phoned 1 Life Customer care on the 7/08/2015 and spoke to Joanne,<br> she advised that according to her I took the policy on the 14/07/2015<br> with a person by the name of Jeremiah. This is news to me because as I<br> mentioned above I have NEVER taken a policy with 1 Life.<br> <br> I have requested the voice recording for the 14/07/2015 that allegedly<br> took place between Jeremiah and myself. Joanne advised that she will<br> investigate the matter and get back to me in 7 working days. She further<br> advised that the contact number that is on the policy is \***"This is not my number.<br> <br> I waited 7 working days"
