PURE EXCELLENCE

I've worked at call centres myself and i deal with call centres daily due to my job but i have NEVER experienced EXCELLENT service such as the one with Wayne Powell yesterday. From his greeting, the way he sounds, closing the call, after services... he was just too awesome, He sounded like HE WANTED TO HELP!!! Speaking to him assures you that you going to get assistance, come rain or shine. Very competent to a point that you know he takes pride he what he does. WHEN I GET RICH AND OPEN A CALL CENTRE FOR MYSELF, I'LL FIND YOU, ALL COMPANIES NEED AGENTS LIKE YOU. You represented the 1LIFE brand VERY WELL, I'M EVEN CONSIDERING REPLACING MY POLICIES WITH THEM. Keep it up dear and all the best with all you do :) :) :)
