Provided a quick solution
I had upgraded my life cover with 1LifeDirect approx. 3 months ago and one of the clauses in the new policy was for me to have an HIV test before 3 months lapses. 3 months lapsed as I had forgotten to do the tests, I got an sms advising of a new policy schedule. When I called 1LifeDirect, and specifically Bafana Malabie, to ask for an extension as the new policy schedule was not favourable, he gave me a quick solution whereby 1LifeDirect would come to my work-place or residential place to perform the HIV test, and based on my results, update my policy schedule to the upgraded version. His explanations were clear and gave the indication of someone who really knows what he is doing.<br> <br> Thank you.
