I was contact by Mark to change my bank details on my policy.<br> <br> He was friendly, professional and straight to the point.<br> <br> What I liked was the fact that he actually asked me whether it was a good time for me to talk instead of just assuming that I am available.<br> <br> Oh and he is a Springbok fan!<br> <br> Very good service and he was very accommodating.<br> <br> Thanks Mark!
