Premiums not collected on time

Am experiencing a huge problem with this insurer and scared should I die what will happen I have been calling the call centre but I don't get solution thy debit my acc anytime it suits them not on the date we agreed on and my fear is they will be saying my premiums were not paid were else it's not my fault but their unprofessionalizim I regret why I took life cover with u guys and taking this further
