Premature Debit orders from 1Life

Premature debit order went off on my account and the company advised that I can reverse it on my bank with costs for the reversal being for my own account, or I can cancel the policy in which case they will refund me in a week or so, or I just have to accept this.

This to me is VERY poor service from an insurance company claiming to be one of the best. I am seriously disappointed in the service I received as "you just have to accept it" does NOT sit well with me.

You made the mistake, your correct it and pay me for the losses I incurred!! and make sure that you process debit orders for the following month on the correct date and not 5 days in advance!!!
