Yesterday I called to enquire about my policy since I was advised I needed to accept a debi check again and I was a bit worried, I contacted the call center and the phone was picked up by a lovely lady who provided excellent service with the professionalism and kindness, so much so that I wished I could stay longer on the call...thank you Patience Dlamini for the wonderful service
