Poor treatment post cancelation

I recently canceled my policy after 3 years of unbroken commitment and had a refund due to me, to date I am given the round around with minimal progress on actually getting the monies paid back.

I have written to both the Customer Services and Complaints department with little joy despite informing them that I will be forced to escalate to the Ombudsman for resolve.

Poor TCW / TCF from Yvonne, Refunds and Customer Service departments.

I fail to understand why I am inconvenienced due to their internal incompetence. Would not recommend to close family and friends.
