Poor services from this fools

I am lodging a complaint against 1Life Cover for poor service and ********* conduct. They debited my account once, and after that I sent multiple emails requesting cancellation, but received no response. I also spent almost an hour trying to call them, but they did not answer. I then went to my bank to suspend the debit order, but today I received a notification that 1Life changed the reference number and plans to debit my account again at month end. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and misleading. Their complaints department does not respond, and they are not transparent. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with 1Life. I will now report this matter to the Ombudsman for further investigation.
