Poor Service from 1Life Funeral Claims Department

I submitted a funeral claim with 1life two weeks ago and the claim has not been paid. I was told that the payment takes up to 48 hours. I didn't know that, that payment will take up to two weeks and counting. I am still waiting for them to make that payment. I have sent them countless emails. The only response I get from them is that they are processing the claim. How long does it take for them to validate the claim? They are really not doing what they promised me when I took up the policy with them. Sometimes they don't even bother to reply to my email. Smangele Hlonganwe, Tumisang Mello and Reneke from 1life have all failed to give me a feedback back. The poor service that I have received from 1life is unbelievable. They don't give a damn about their grieving clients
