POOR SERVICE AND FULL OF STORY'S

Its been now 3 months that I'm waiting for your people to handle of my mother's claim everytime its a different story then you need this paper work then that paper work. How long must i wait???? I can phone and email and no one is getting back to me im sick and tired of all the story's. I will never make use of 1Life i will tell everyone about the poor service
