Poor service agents hanging up and unable to cancel policy

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from 1Life Insurance. I have been trying to contact the call centre to cancel my policy, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. On more than one occasion, agents have ended the call while I was still trying to get assistance. All I want is to cancel my policy, but I am not receiving proper support or clear assistance. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I would appreciate urgent assistance from 1Life Insurance to process my policy cancellation and to ensure better customer service going forward.
