Poor service

Such a disappointment. I have been a policy holder since 2015. I have been trying to get hold of 1life for the past month. No one replies to emails no one calls. I am disgusted by the level of service received.

I have a funeral policy that I was informed that it has been cancelled. My debit order for my life policy has still not gone off. In times like these why do insurance companies but us under so much risk. I need a consultant to call me regarding my Policy. This is unbelievable
