Poor Service
Spoke to Ashvaan Ramchuran regarding a new life insurance cover on the 16th of Jan 2019 , the cover was successful and i did HIV test today ( 18th Jan 2019 ) around 3:00 PM i receive an email confirmation that my cover is cancelled.
immediately i called and spoke to some lady , she explained that Ashvaan asked me 6 medical questions instated of 20 question hence my cover is now cancelled.
what an inconvenience
