POOR SERVICE

Hi there I am very disappointed with your service, I have been with you guys for 2 years only to find out your consultant has captured my id Wrong, I have called couple times to make some amendment but no one has noticed my ID has been captured wrong, imagine If I were to claim, do I trust you with my claim were you cant even fix a small mistake, I am thinking of taking my business else were.
