Poor Customer Service From 1Life By Vuyisani

Poor service receieved from 1 life insurance today. Interaction was with Vuyisani. I called in to increase my premium and find out approximately what value I would be covered if i set my monthly premium amount to that specified amount however i could not get assisted. I have also called in to cancel policy now. I await a call on tuesday to finalize cancellation once debit order has been validated.
