Poor complaints handling

Complaints management is poor, giving false information on additional benefits. Promised a payout of R5000 in 12 months after a valid claim however I'm still waiting, sent a complaint it was not even acknowledged no reference or call even after 24 hours. Their Facebook page will give empty promises that you will be contacted no one will contact you. Very poor and unprofessional
