Poor communication & service!!!!!

My goodness- the lack of communication and feedback is atrocious from this company. Once again I find myself having to write a review on the poor service of 1Life on this platform. The had promised to give me feedback on a claim by March 1. I sent an email that still has not been answered to their resolution department alerting them that they have not kept their end of the deal when it comes to communication. No response, no acknowledgement. What do I need to do in your organisation to get timely feedback?!!!
