Poor after-sale service

My father had a funeral plan with you that covered his funeral costs and also a tombstone t be erected after his passing. He passed away in 2023 and they have paid the funeral plan however up to today the tombstone has still not been erected. When we follow up the agents always say they will come next month and then they go silent again. Very dissapointed in their service because now we have to run behind them
