Policy Number *** and Policy Number ***

This is in regards with cancelling my 1life policies. called them a couple of times to cancel and my policies to this day are not cancelled. every time i call the call center agent always say to me they will call me after few minutes they are restarting their machine and they never call, this is 3 months later now. They debit my account every time they find money in my account. I reverse but its not helping because as we speak they debited me three times. Its frustrating because calling in to cancel is also not helping, let alone reversing the money. i have run out of options and its frustrating now. i even tried sending them an email for cancellation but i am not getting any responses or help.
