My mother is a 73yr old , receiving old age sassa grant from government, now she discovered that R90 have been drawn from her sassa grant and me as her son as a beneficiary and now I wrote to 1life complaining cause it's still happening ask them to help my mother ,they ask for evidence, were will the old lady get evidence of a product she don't even know were it started, it's even hard to find physical address were it's near her as she is old and getting tired easy,she stays in dobsonville, now tell me if a pensioners complains about a product giving you policy number how hard is it to see that the details of the account you debit for years is of old age granny , and you still need a proof of what she dont know,can't you research with policy number and see if there are deductions and whether company policy and legal matters were followed rather than gave advice that granny go and look for what she doesn't know or were to start
