Policy initiated without consent

Please note that this is an official complaint of behalf of Mrs Ntombizoda Jane Skosana, my aunt. 1Life has been deducting premiums from Mrs Skosana’s SASSA pension without her consent. Please CANCEL all policies that are deducting from her pension because someone from your company made a *****ulent policy taking advantage as she is a pensioner who struggles with English. Please confirm once the policy is cancelled or we will be lodging a ***** complaint with the Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance.
