Dealing with 1Life has been nothing but amazing. Last week I was assisted by Elvis in processing my claim which was within the Service Level Agreement. However, because of the urgency of the matter, Elvis was empathetic, efficient and made sure that my Grandmother's burial went smoothly and perfectly as i had hoped.
