Please Cancel my Policy

Two weeks back a consultant called me due to non payment on my policy, I told him why (was on a strike), then told him i want to cancel my other policy (for women) he said he will get someone from cancellations to call me, no one called me. last week Wednesday I called spoke to Sibusiso, he put me through cancellation but no one was picking up, i held for almost 20 mins, he then gave me Lesters e-mail, I e-mailed Lester requesting to cancel but did not get any reply, also e-mailed client services, still now no one is getting back to me. now my biggest problem is that every morning since last week Monday I receive THREE sms's about non payment on that policy, i don't want it anymore., can somebody please make sure i get those sms's anymore, as for cancelling I see that Im not winning so I ll just wait until it lapses. Im still keeping my life cover but the women thing I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE.
