I have not found joy speaking to any of your consultants as they seem to now nothing.

2 Thing I opened life cover with you and have called you guys more than once requesting for the nurses to visit me at my house and to do blood tests to no vial, now a year later finally a nurse has come to my house and we did the blood, in the mean time money was deducted from my Daughters bank,(not sure how that works for a company to deduct money before you even cover) now am told am only cover for accidental cover an no one has informed me regarding this, am very disappointed another thing I will never receive the money back after a year of deduction and being promised so many things, also please be aware I will not take this matter lightly.

I have policies with other companies and am very much aware that before you deduct money for a life cover you should have the bloods done before you deduct the money.
