Pensioner's unauthorized policy and deductions.

I have laid a formal complaint regarding my grandfather's unauthorized policy and unauthorized deductions. I have sent relevant documents but still no action of investigation. My grandfather didnt even know he had a policy with 1Life until last week when he went to SASSA to find out why he doesnt get his money as is. They told him 1Life has been deducting since 01/01/2026. They haven't called nothing. They just dont care and it pains me to see my grandfather being in such financial hardship due to a company that doesnt take accountability.
