PATIENCE AND NO PRESSURE
After showing interest and then not immediately taking the cover, most agents would become rude etc. Kevin, however, had patience and waited for me to contact him when i was ready as i asked him to without pressuring me or calling me 10 times a day. Excellent service and etiquette.
