Pathetic service from 1life, no feedback on claim

1life your service is very pathetic. I am still waiting for feedback, your assessor has never been in contact with me. I called in the morning and was told someone will call me back. Honestly no one deserves this kind of treatment that I am getting from you guys. 10 days have passed and no word, even when I send emails no response. Maybe this must be taken to black twitter then that’s when you will respond?
