Pathetic service from 1life

I'm very disappointed at 1life , they decided to debit my account earlier without making arrangements, I've been a client since 2015 and have never skipped a payment I get paid on the 20th and that does not change in December, all they do is harass me with sales calls almost every day even after telling them I cannot afford extras. When I called their call center to reverse an unauthorized debit order I was told I should call on Tuesday as I've reached them outside their working hours. Pathetic service 1life!!
