Pathetic service from 1life

Kindly assist,i called 1life last month regarding my life insurance that i took in 2020.The lady that was assisting told me i took accidental covers.i asked the lady how come because i took life cover not accidental cover.They told that they trying to retrieve the recording when i took the life cover.On the 01.04.2025 i received a call from this number ***.The lady told that she's from 1life,she's phoning regarding my accidental cover.She told me that they finished listen to the recording and the found out that their consultant did not explain to me everything so they will refund me the money from day 1 the money was deducted.14 day has passed.nobody from 1life contacted me and there is no refund done.i called today they said there is no refund done.and they told me they will get back to me.anybody who can assist me on this matter because the policy has been canceled and no refund done.please refund me my money as promised or i will include my legal team on this matter.
