Pathetic service

Worst company to dela with. My wife also life cover with them. FNB has give her a better quote. Now 1 life are being so difficult and refusing to cancel her policy. They are looking for all types of excuse. Please don't deal with a company like that. If they are so difficult when you are still alive, just imagine when you are dead. You will leave your family with a headache. Don't trust this company with the security of your family.
