I had a pleasure of speaking to Monique Booysens when i was on an edge of cancelling my Policy in 2014. Her patience, listening skills and knowledge of her work made me reconsider my decision. Today i called 1life again and i asked to Speak to Monique Booysens, once again she was so helpful. <br> <br> I had to place her on hold while i called my wife on the other phone to get more info, Monique never rushed me, however allowed me time to get all the info i needed to complete the changes i had requested, she never ran out of patience. <br> <br> Monique Booysens is an asset to 1life and such people should be cherished forever.
