Outstanding service on insurance claim

<p>I recently had to submit a claim with 1 life direct in respect of death and funeral benefits. I initially struggled to get a response from them, having to follow up once or twice. However, as soon as the claim reached the claims department, a lady called Seemole Ramona assisted me with every step of the claim. From that time onwards she was sympathetic, kept me up to date with every single step in the process.
