Outstanding customer service
I phoned in to update my banking details for my life insurance. Wayne is very well spoken and had such a good attitude. After going through all the legal and security checks as I also did not have my policy number with me, he updated my banking details and I promptly received an email with my updated policy document reflecting the new banking details. Wayne made my 1 Life experience awesome this morning.
