Oustanding Customer Service
I am a customer for many other service providers in SA, however I never experienced such great service as I have thanks to 1Life's Consultant Nomfundo Sithole.<br> <br> Loosing a loved on and having to claim is not always a great experience. I was not a at good space when I had to claim coz I lost my dad however Nomfundo Sithole made the experience bare able. He empathy, attitude and going beyond the call of duty to make sure that all goes well.<br> <br> She is an amazing person to talk to, she is patient, she makes you understand what is really needed to claim without making you seem foolish. It is so clear that she is there because she loves here job not just to get a quick buck.<br> <br> Nomfundo Sithole in my view is a great addition to her department and her company have honestly scored big time by having her in that dept.<br>
