OTP? Cannot login on website - bad customer service

Been trying now for weeks to login onto my policies via their website. It get stuck at sending the OTP. They say they are sending the OTP but after days of asking to resend - still not OTP. I even phoned their customer service twice to confirm my cell phone number and twice the phone call was dropped by them. If this is how one must struggle just to login and review my policies then I can only imagine how one will struggle with a claim. Maybe just better to cancel both my policies and start over with a more reliable company.
