One Life will make your life miserable

My sister in law passed away 11 Jun 2021, claim documents were sent to them in that week, they responded that they received everything, but I need to re-send deceased ID document as the certification is not clear, of which I did. When I conduct a follow up, I was told my claim is with the assessors and the assessors will come back to me to give me feedback.

Three weeks I am still waiting for them to come back to me, even gave them alternative numbers, till today no one has called me back. They say One Life making lives better, they are lying, One life making your life miserable. I took a decision not to refer people to One Life or take a policy with them. One Life and Hollard same WhatsApp group, you will wait forever to get your claims.
