One life gave me a professional and quick service which I highly appreciate however confirming with my family members if I'm I assisting financially or not was highly not confidential by your 1 life representative. I'm the premium payer no one assist me on Monthly bases when I pay, so why making the family aware of my cover as obviously I insured the deceased in order to assist during unforseen circumstances of death. Confirming with one of the family members made the family to expect me to carry this burden alone while my cover was only R10 000 not R100 000 as the family thought 😱 Kindly keep such information confidential in future or rather confirm with me as a premium payer or beneficiary in future should a need arises but not any other family members without my concern as your client.
