Old ladies pension money was taken by 1 life and now we hungry.

Hi My Name is Phumzile and I am a Pensioner one life took all of my pension money and I don’t have any food at home I asked them to refund my money even now they haven’t refunded it. They telling me that I approved them to take R3110.00 from my account and since sometimes I do have hearing problems I thought they were saying R300 up until they took R3110.00 from my account and I’ve been telling them that I’m an old lady and sometimes I don’t hear properly but I know I would never approve them to take R3110.00 from my account I’ve requested refund up until now they took money on the 5th of July their consultants said I should go to the bank twice now to ask the bank to reverse it and I can’t since it’s blocked now the main problem my children and I are starving since this is the only money we have to buy food please assist me‼️‼️
