Not processing my claim and they keep on *****ing my money

I took insurgency for house, that is building insurrence with better life. I made claim for premium waver through 1 life, that company don't want to process my claim and they carry on debating my account. They keep on saying I must submit documents. According to emails I have I submitted all documents. The worse thing is their debit order is that type of debit you can not dispute at your bank. The only way I can do is to cancel the cover and loose all my hard earned money I already paid to them.
