NOT IMPRESSED WITH 1LIFEDIRECT

I've had a policy with 1Life since 2010/11 even took out a funeral policy as well, with no problems. Last year I lost my job due to Covid and asked them to reduce the premium. I said I would contact them if I want to increase it back to the original premium, once I'm financially stable again, which I'm still not. Now I notice that they're increasing my premium each month. It was decreased to R308, then increased to R309 now I've noticed it increased to R324 and I want know why? I've phoned them, they keep you on hold with it being all silent on their side, you don't know if they're still there or not. You email them, they never reply to your emails. I can hardly afford my other expenses as it is, now they just increase my premiums without any notice, then they just expect you to pay it.
