Not impressed
Sent thorough a broker claim through their "brokerclaims" email ( ***) on the 20th of June 2021, called them to do follow ups on the claim...all their agents failed to assist me, each and every one of them keep transferring my call to *NOWHERE*! they literally hang up the calls and dont even bother getting back to me. I'm not impressed with their service.
