Not happy with the response of my complaint

I have written a review on this platform about 1life insurance last week I was stating that their service is poor and very slow. Iam still saying the very same thing even today . The service at 1life insurance is very horrible I feel like they act as if they are not dealing with human beings. I had lodge my claim in January and they are confirming that they did receive all the necessary documents from me , they keep on saying the policy is still waiting for validation process. I would like proper explanation as to what that process entails,what criteria do they use if they are validating the claim,and how far they are with the process of validation and how many steps are left for the process of validation to be final. The response I got is still not satisfactory. I need them to give me a detailed update .The fact that they don't have a turn around time for a life cover means I can wait up to 5 years . This is not fair why ather insurance companies managed to pay the same amount of money I claimed for without delaying me This is a delaying tactic The service at 1life is horrible when it's time to make payment I'm still not happy they are still telling what they have been telling all these months when I call in to make a follow up It is not fair I need to know why it still not validated till to date. Iam a widow I have needs too .please assist
