Not cancelling policy
So a 1life consultant phoned me and I advised him that I wanted to cancel my 2 policies with immediate effect, he then told me to send an email to that effect so that they could cancel it. this was done more than a week ago!!!! EVERY morning I get sms's stating that my premiums have not been paid!!! I want these policies cancelled effective 1 march 2015!!!! stop smsing me!!!
